Choose one of their times and they confirm it. Their address appears once you’re booked.
Fixed after work, not instead of it.
Spokes fit repairs around their own day, so you can book one around yours. Each Spoke sets their own hours, and spoked suggests weekday evenings and weekend afternoons to every new Spoke.
In the app, a Spoke you can still book this evening shows as Open tonight.

What it costs.
Each Spoke sets their own price for each job, and you see it before you ask.
- No booking fee
- You pay the Spoke’s price. spoked adds nothing on top.
- Parts are yours
- Prices are for the work. If a job needs a part, like a new tube or tyre, you buy it and bring it along.
- Paid in the app, once bookings open
- You’ll pay by card in the app, and the price is taken when the Spoke marks the job complete.
Know who you’re meeting.
A rating, and the checks they’ve passed
Their rating, the repairs they’ve done and how fast they reply. Every Spoke confirms their phone number before taking requests, and the checks they’ve passed are listed. None of them checks their work, as the profile says.

In the app, every review comes from a completed booking. Only the Rider and the Spoke at it can write one, and neither sees the other’s until both are in or 7 days have passed. spoked never buys or rewards reviews. Anyone can report a profile, and spoked looks at every report.

How much does a repair cost?
Each Spoke sets their own prices, and you see a Spoke’s price before you ask. spoked adds no booking fee on top, and parts are yours to buy.
Do I need to bring parts?
Only if the job needs one. Prices are for the work, so if you need a new tube or tyre, you buy it and bring it along. The app tells you what to bring before you send a request.
Where does the repair happen?
At the Spoke’s own place, such as a garage or a shed. Before you book you see the area they work from. Their address appears once your booking is confirmed.
When do I pay?
Bookings aren’t open yet. When they open, you’ll pay by card in the spoked app, and Stripe processes the payment. The price is taken when the Spoke marks the job complete, and the app will show you the cancellation terms before you book.
What do you do with my email?
We use it for one email, when spoked opens near you, then delete it. If that takes more than 12 months, we delete it anyway. We never receive your full postcode. The details are in our privacy notice.
